Registration fees can be made via credit card or bank transfer. The charge will be made in USD according to the currency exchange rate on the actual day of the transaction. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy – Registration
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Prior to April 29, 2013– full refund less $ 50 handling fees
From April 30, 2013 until September 12, 2013– 50% refund
After September 12, 2013– no refund
